The Meadow Snug

Trade the sounds of the city for the sounds of life on the farm. Our tiny cabin has all you need to get away for a few days in nature to recharge those batteries. Enjoy a comfortable seat on the covered porch as you relax and enjoy that morning cup of coffee or take a wander along some of the many public footpaths right from the cabin door. In the evening you can take a short walk through the field to our fire pit area to watch the sunset from beneath the huge oak tree. Guests can pitch a tent.

The lodge, 3 bedroom cottage

A homely cottage attached to the barns of the main hall , with private parking and your own access. It is a perfect base for hill walking and cycling . The lodge is surrounded by the fabulous Shropshire hills, a mile to the nearest pub yet just 10-15 minute away from the centre of Shrewsbury. There is a private seating area outside the front of the lodge and access to the pony paddocks if you have a dog that needs a run! Next door is the Nook so why not book there to if you need more room

Welcome to No. 16. Come into the cottage through the porch. It's somewhere you can put wet coats and leave muddy boots, then go into the kitchen to make a cup of tea. You'll find all you need for your stay, including teas, coffee, bread, butter, jam and cereals. There's a Calor gas range cooker, a microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, wooden spoons and the like.
