This is my brand new apartment in Oostende, lies at the seaside with full frontal seaview and direct access to the beach. We are situated on a high floor (under the penthouse) with soundproof windows.The studio is very luminous and bright, with all modern comfort. Oostende has a bustling nightlife, great restaurants, bars/clubs. My house is 100m from the casino, the harbor is around the corner and all the markets/supermarket are very nearby within walking distance. Central station 5 min walk.

Door de vele ramen baadt de woonkamer in het licht, met een open zicht in alle richtingen. Perfecte ligging met het grote strand om de hoek (20m) en het centrum vlakbij (casino op 100m). Een auto heb je hier niet nodig! Ook prima voor workation, met bureau in slaapkamer. Geschikt voor max. 4 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (afwijkingen kunnen wel worden aangevraagd).

Residence Marie-José is located in the most iconic location of Ostend, right opposite the famous Hotel Du Parc and a few steps from the sea. Stylish 8th-floor apartment with breathtaking panoramic sea views, located right on the seafront promenade of Ostend, near the Seamen’s Monument and the pier. The apartment features a separate kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and sink, a separate toilet, and one bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The cozy living room includes a sturdy sofa bed with slatted base for 2 guests. Perfect for a relaxing seaside getaway.
