Ample parking in front of the house and EV point. We are 10 minutes from the M6 junction 3, 5 minutes from Nuneaton station by car/taxi. George Eliot Hospital (5 mins walk). Situated on a working sheep and arable farm in the Cotswolds with spectacular views across to Cleeve Hill and Winchcombe . We have Sudeley Castle 1/4 mile down the road and the historic town of Winchcombe is only 1 mile away. There are a good variety of pubs and restaurants around the area and plenty of Cotswold villages to explore. The rooms are all en suite with a large lounge for guests and a cosy dining room with great views for a full English or continental breakfast which is included

In addition to your bedroom and bathroom you can enjoy your own sitting room with large Smart TV and separate breakfast/garden room in this comfortable and cosy Cotswold cottage. ALTHOUGH THE HOST LIVES HERE YOUR PRIVACY IS GUARANTEED. Daylesford and several excellent pubs are within easy reach. The village is a haven of peace and quiet but close to the historic towns of Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water and Broadway among others. There are also many beautiful walks from the house.

Stratford-upon-Avon is the regions cultural centre with it's theatre and Shakespearian heritage and Cheltenham is approximately 11 miles away with excellent shops, many wonderful restaurants and famous racecourse.
