This is a comfortable flat for 2 people, with amazing views of Swanage bay. Stairs lead up to the flat which is on the 3rd floor of a Victorian villa. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. Alma Cottage in Studland is a Grade II listed, 3 bedroom cottage, situated in an enviable location, only 3 minutes walk to South Beach Studland, a spectacular unspoilt sheltered cove. This property features an attractive sitting room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is a are two delightful double bedrooms, and a pleasant third bedroom with a single bed and trundle bed. It has ample parking, and a superb large garden at the front and there is a secluded patio area with outdoor furniture.

Harbour Cottage is a charming two storey house, just a short stroll from the shores of Poole Harbour and the renowned beaches of Sandbanks. A fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge on the ground floor include a 40in TV with Bose sound bar and desk area with fast wifi. A fully enclosed garden has a table, chairs and BBQ for alfresco dining. The spacious bedroom, with king size bed and single bed, is complemented by a luxurious en-suite shower room . Private off road parking for 2 cars.

Forget your worries in this spacious ground floor (empty upstairs) of a recently built detached house in a cul de sac in the picturesque village of Langton Matravers. A short walk from the South West Coast Path on the Jurassic Coast near Swanage in Dorset. This is the entire ground floor of the house with walk-in shower room, king size bedroom and family size open plan living space with log burner. A patio with outdoor funiture leads to a long, fairly enclosed, mature South facing garden.

Newly refurbished spacious ground floor apartment in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work!
