Lesley's home was very conveniently located near where our business meetings are as well as all the shops and restaurants that we needed on the 5 days we spent in Chelmsford. Her home is pristine and the room where we stayed is very restful. Lesley is a brilliant host, getting out of her way to provide us with one of the best service we've had in an AirBNB stay and we have been in quite a few. We would certainly love to come back next time we have events in the area. Thank you very much for hosting us, Lesley! We're praying you more success in your AirBNB business.

After some helpful calls with Tibouche, we arrived to a clean and welcoming space that was perfect for my 26th birthday party / New Years' celebration. Tibouche and her husband were very welcoming, and left us to orchestrate things ourselves. I'd recommend this lovely house to anyone wanting to have a big private party, although I'd take advantage of the BnB element of this house more than we did!

Sally was a very welcoming host and made us feel right at home. The room lovely and quiet, a very good size with lots of amenities. Sally provided (at a small charge) a full cooked breakfast with was heartily enjoyed by Neal. I would recommend Sally’s lovely guest suite to anyone.

We attended a wedding at Parklands Quendon Hall which is only a 6 minute drive away so this location is perfect. Verna's accomodation was lovely, clean and practical with a fresh modern look. The bed was very comfortable, shower was powerful and the communication was quick and informative. There is a lovely pub called Fleur De Lys which is only a 5 minute walk away but we opted for another pub called Coach & Horses which had more vegetarian options for the friends we were meeting but only a 7 minute drive away. All in all it was a great experience. A big thank you to Verna and the family for accommodating us and our needs. Highly recommended

Charming farm estate in English countryside. Rooms were renovated and clean, the breakfast included was amazing therefore the overall stay was perfect. Would love to go back.

Andy and Carol were very friendly and welcoming. Location is absolutely nice and hassle-free. We spent a great time with our kids. Kids have lot to do there. Definitely recommend to other people who looking for a pleasurable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Clowns guest house. The accommodation was a really high standard, the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting my cousin in the village. We would highly recommend Lydia’s place.

What a wonderful host Jen is. Friendly and helpful. Lovely homely home. Great breakfast on offer and caters for gluten free. I would definitely stay again not just for the accommodation but the interesting and informative conversations.

Great stay and perfect location for visiting Margate. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the apartment was very clean and tidy. As per previous guest reviews, there’s an issue with the water temperature when using the shower but we found a workaround that balanced the temperature out (Hint - use the shower attachment connected to the bath taps and put that in the shower holder, it just about fits. You can control the temperature much better). I had to give Arnold a low mark for communication because I literally never heard from him the entire time leading up to the booking and right through to checkout. Although clear and concise, the only information we had was what was on the booking app. This was enough for us to check in and enjoy our stay but an acknowledgment of messages would have been nice (I hope the lack of response didn’t indicate that he was ill). A lovely, short break in a good location.

We stayed two nights in this beautiful Georgian garden flat and felt very at home. Antony is super friendly and sent a detailed welcome pack ahead of time including tips for things to see and food recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook for ourselves) and generously provided lots of bits and bobs including milk (soya as well as regular), bread and juice. The garden front and back is very pretty and lovely to sit out in. The wifi was powerful enough to watch shows on our phones, although it was nice to read/play games and not just sit in front of a screen. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Sheppey (particularly if you want to visit Elmley reserve but stay somewhere homely and cheaper!).

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Apartment. Sarah was incredibly welcoming, kind, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had such a cozy atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you again for such a great experience!

The “Cowshed “was perfect for our stay. Situated in the grounds of a beautiful old farmhouse with a majestic in and out drive. The pub across the road does amazing food with excellent sevice.(try the pie for 2 😋) Jacky was a friendly and attentive host. Would definitely stay there again next time I’m in the area. Great stay at Eilish’s cottage. The accommodation was as described and was clean and tidy ready for us. The off road parking was a real benefit. Lovely location which was walkable to both the village and Hickling Broad, which is a stunning location. There is lots do so within a 20-minute drive with some beautiful broads locations that are worth visiting. We will be going back again.

Exceptional hosts, wonderful, cozy, clean, and peaceful place, great countryside walks on your doorstep and restaurants and shops in walking distance. Accommodation was spacious and we had everything we could think of, even though the shower room is quite small, it serves its purpose well. Elaine couldn’t do more for us and we really enjoyed our stay with her and Teg. The breakfast really is out of this world and the attention to detail in everything Elaine does is something to be experienced. Hopefully will come back! Many thanks for everything Elaine and Teg.

Riona's place was beautiful. I really enjoyed staying here, Riona was friendly and respectful. Breakfast was great. I felt comfortable here and would recommend to others and stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Sophie's and would stay again. Sophie was very hospitable and friendly and always responded quickly and clearly. the House and location are beautiful abd we had a lovely time walking through the village and exploring everything. So quaint !! we also visited Flatfird Mill which is not far by car and National Trust too as well as where Constable painted his famous picture "The Haywain.

We absolutely loved our stay. Both hosts were really friendly and the food was excellent. Accommodation was gorgeous, clean and quiet. Loved to sit out in the garden to relax. Highly recommended.

We stayed for a short one night stay to visit the Norfolk coast. Jane gave us a warm welcome on arrival and gave some helpful tips and recommendations for the local area. The room was lovely and clean and very cosy! Jane also provided a lovely breakfast for us in in morning!

The Maltings is quiet and secluded being just off the beaten track. However, finding it was made so much easier by Shirley's clear instructions sent out prior to arrival. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and snuggley warm with all the facilities you need for a few days away. The breakfasts were delivered at check-in and were more than enough for our 4 day stay. (A fine selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, juice and pasteries.). It is well placed for days out across the whole of East Anglia, with plenty of places of interest within an hour's drive. Would happily stay again.
