We had a lovely time staying at Peter’s place. It was very clean, well set up and as described from the listing. It was nice and quiet. Surrounded by lovely fields which you could look out to whilst eating. It’s about 10 mins drive to Dunwich and 20-30 mins drive to Southwold so plenty to do nearby. Peter was also a very friendly and helpful host. Would highly recommend to stay here if coming to this area.

We stayed at Hedgehog chalet with our 2 children as a base to explore a bit of Suffolk. The Chalet was easy to find, plenty of parking and easy to access. Beautifully presented, fresh and clean , the kitchen was well equipped for our needs and the crisp white bed linen and towels were lovely ! There is a nice courtyard garden space too. Rachel left an informative welcome guide to the local area , attractions and restaurants which we found very useful. This was the perfect space for our weekend break and would highly recommend for a small family.

We were so pleased to have found Maria’s annexe it was perfect, absolutely spotless everything we needed was there totally perfect and they were both a lovely couple, we’d definitely stay there again and recommend here to anyone else .

Had a lovely few days at the Crows nest, would highly recommend, the location was great for restaurants and shops. We couldn’t fault the apartment it had every thing we needed, very comfortable would definitely like to return

The accommodation was super beautiful and extremely peaceful. We personally didn’t venture out so I can’t comment on local places to see/things to do however a booklet was provided with heaps of information. Scott was responsive and allowed for a slightly later check out which really made a difference to our morning. I already can’t wait to come back and relax in the scenic views in the serenity of an air conditioned room!

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. Everything that you could need and more. Prior to arrival Ness's communications were excellent and prompt. This continued thoughout the stay. The property is as described and Ness had drawn all of the curtains to keep the place cool on a hot day. The property has everything that you could need and more - a lovely welcome basket, tea, coffee, all washing up and cleaning products, tin foil, cling, BBQ charcoal etc. The beds were comfortable and there was space to hang downstairs and draw space in both rooms. Any small problems that we encountered were very promptly sorted. It's a lovely location, Ness is a super host and we loved the homely touches. The property and the host are such gems. Thanks for a great stay.

I booked this gorgeous house for a reunion of old school friends (and dog!) and it was honestly perfection- ALL the rooms are gorgeous with en suites (so there were no sorry souls who arrived late and got stuck in less the desirable room as so often happens!), we had all we needed to cook in one night and plenty of space to sit inside and outside. The garden is so absolutely stunning and perfect for our dog as it’s secure. We also did several stunning walks nearby (all with a pub on route!) and have a lovely meal out just 10 min drive away. All in all, I couldn’t recommend enough and we will defo be back- already talk of an annual gathering at this spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul's place. We particularly loved the African theme. It was very tastefully done and the little extras such as the free standing giraffe, beaded teaspoons, orange radiators, animal door stops to match the rooms, made our stay feel very special. The driveway had so much parking and was maintained to an excellent standard. The garden was perfect and had excellent covered seating to allow for outside dining. We will definitely stay at Paul's place again.

A beautiful, spacious and quirky house. Many historic features kept in the renovations but nothing too precious so the children (aged 9-12) were able to play inside & out. The huge kitchen/dinner/lounge made a great family space to eat or chill out with plenty of furniture for all ten of us. We all enjoyed pottering about in the river behind the house in the little boat & Toby lent us a bigger boat & kayaks for a longer trip in a better part of the river. We toasted marshmallows over the fire pit, cooked pizza in the pizza oven & watched bats flying over the water in the evenings. Good beaches & a cinema are only half an hour drive away and the Emmaus charity shop & cafe (10min in the car, 45min walk) is well worth a visit. Good biscuits in the kitchen when we arrived was a nice touch.

The house was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. We loved what the owners had done to the property. The attention to detail was great. Both the interior and exterior spaces were very well designed and the workmanship and quality of fittings etc. were exceptional. If we lived nearer we would be asking for details of all of your contractors! 😊 Bedding and towels were of good quality. Felt rather like staying in a boutique hotel.

Rosie’s place is absolutely stunning! The attention to detail is unbeatable and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a lovely welcome basket! It was spotlessly clean and luxurious, with little details like the luxury spa towels and toiletries adding to the whole experience. We would love to stay again!

A truly beautiful home with stunning gardens, we had a family party in the area and Peter’s home was perfect - we wish we’d had longer to enjoy the property! Extremely well equipped and fantastic for children. Peter was extremely responsive to questions and communicated all instructions clearly prior to arrival. Thank you for the generous local treats on arrival, much appreciated!

We have just returned from a wonderful few days at the property. Personal check in and excellent guided tour by both James and Mary was really helpful and meant we could relax immediately - helped by the lovely welcome basket, basics in the fridge and cupboards and personalised cake and card for our birthday celebration. Being a group of 14 (including 3 dogs and children aged 1-16!) there was plenty of space for everyone, games both inside and out to keep all entertained, a wonderful garden for cooking and playing AND access to the playing field direct from the garden. We couldn’t have asked for more and have already recommended the property to friends and family.

What a fantastic stay! Kim was very communicative in the booking and check in process. The flat was spotless on arrival and she had left lots of treats for the stay with coffee/tea/condiments/spices. It felt just like a home away from home. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere as it's so close to the train station. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

We had a short break in Norfolk for our first time visit. The apartment is in a lovely tranquil spot on the bank of the River Bure. Just the perfect location for R&R with a sauna as a bonus and it’s only a very short stroll to local pub serving good food!

Myself and 6 girlfriends stayed in the Attic Apartment at Lanwades Hall and it was absolutely perfect for us. We all got our own rooms which was absolutely ideal for our group and the number of bathrooms and toilet were spot on. Alex the host was absolutely fantastic throughout, responsive to all questions before we arrived and was so friendly and helpful whilst we were there too, nothing was too much and the complimentary Celebrations went down a treat! :-) We could not fault the location either, it was absolutely ideal as it's just a walk away from Kennett Station so we were easily able to do a day trip into Cambridge within 30 minutes. It's also just a 10 minute taxi into Newmarket where we went for a fantastic dinner at Unico followed by cocktails and a live singer at a fantastic bar called Gee Gee's. If you were going to the races then it would also be perfect. Thanks so much Alex for everything, we expect to return again.

My mum and I have just returned home from a long weekend staying in the Orford Studio and it was absolutely perfect. The accommodation is lovely - it is the perfect size, clean and cosy and has everything you could ever need. All the little touches and extra's made us feel at home straight away - we especially loved the underfloor heating and DVD's available! The check in and out is very quick and easy and Sasha made sure that we were all okay and had everything we need. We loved the site of the studio's; we went on some walks around the fields and loved waking up to the ducks in the morning. The location of the studio's is perfect - it's so close to all the neighbouring towns and places we wanted to visit and was a perfect place to stay. We had an absolutely amazing stay here and already want to return - I highly recommend! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at Eric’s place! From the moment we arrived, Eric was warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive to any questions we had. He gave us a fantastic tour of his smart home, which is packed with thoughtful automations that made everyday living super easy and stress-free. Eric also went above and beyond by sharing great local recommendations, which really helped us make the most of our time in the area. One of the best parts of staying here was the location — being just around the corner from Brentwood Station made getting around an absolute breeze. Overall, our stay couldn’t have been better. Eric is a wonderful host, and his home is comfortable, high-tech, and perfectly situated. Highly recommend!
