We had a fantastic stay at this property! The apartment was in excellent condition — clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, right between MIT and Harvard, and just a couple of blocks from the Red Line subway, which made it so easy to get to Boston Common and the heart of the city. The amenities were great, and everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided and well stocked. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless. We would definitely consider staying here again for future visits!

Beautiful peaceful place north of Boston with a fabulous view.

It was the first time we visited Weymouth. Her house and the whole neighborhood was very quaint and Cape cottagish It has a wonderful full room wraparound couch, a nice deck in the back and a very comfortable master bed . I would highly recommend staying here If you happen to looking to stay in the South Shore area I would highly recommend staying here

Owner provided excellent instructions to locate and access. I was surprised by how spacious this studio apartment is. It was spotless, comfortable, safe, and all amenities as described. Enjoyed my stay!

I LOVED my stay here! I stayed here for my birthday trip to Boston with two other people. The view was insanely good for the price. We loved how cozy the place was, especially the couches. An uber to the city was around $20. Patricia was so sweet and gave recommendations of things to do in the area. Parking was free which was so helpful. My only complaint is me and my boyfriend stayed in the downstairs bedroom, and noticed there was a door in the room. We opened it and realized it was an unlocked entrance to our room from the downstairs, where other people were staying. The door had a window that wasn’t covered up very well either. We locked the area so no one could get in, but it was a little uncomfortable knowing we could’ve been sleeping and someone could’ve walked up there if we didn’t notice and lock it. Would 100% recommend just make sure those doors are locked!

We came for marathon weekend and wanted to stay a little bit out of the city chaos. Elise’s place was perfect, right on the water and easy access to public transit to get into the city when needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay, and I can’t recommend this place enough!

Garrett and Libby were incredible hosts. Proactive, incredibly accommodating (we asked for a favour they were well within their rights to decline) and they really, really helped us out. They were so friendly, courteous…they just care about their guests. An honour to stay in their place. Thanks Garrett & Libby.

We loved our stay at Sydney’s place. Everything was spotless, brand new and as listed. Great beach views. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time staying here. It was raining our entire stay but the closed in porch area allowed us to still feel like we were on vacation and enjoy the view of the harbor.

Excellent experience. Easy check in and the place was perfect, she even had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Easy walk to the ferry into Boston, and easy parking. It was winter, but there were plenty of outdoor activities so we'd love to come back during the summer. Older house but so charming and great location. Overall great communication before, during, and after; she even offered to ship a shoe my niece left behind to us. Would love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hull.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

We really enjoyed staying here! Ruben seems to have thought things out about what a guest might need or want and proactively put things in place to meet those needs. Spacious, nicely furnished, modernized, and attractive interior. Very pleasant. Having a dedicated parking spot is a very welcomed plus and the location is extraordinary - right across the street from the beachfront, a few minutes walk or drive to public transportation, and a 15-20 minute drive into Boston. Great place! Hope it's available when we come back next year!

We had another amazing stay at Sally’s place. This home is just perfect for family gatherings. We are so grateful to Sally and her family for sharing their beautiful house with our family.

The house was amazing! We had plenty of space for our large, mixed age group. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for us to make meals at home and so many great restaurants nearby for eating out. All of Mary’s instructions were very detailed and simple. The house quickly felt like home and easy to function in it. The property is so beautiful and relaxing for all as well. We’d love to come back in the future and even check out the other rentals on the property!

I booked this Airbnb as I was attending a wedding at Piers Park in East Boston! It was so close and it was only a 6 minute walk away! Upon arriving Jay, the property manager met us at the Airbnb to go over how to run and find everything in the Airbnb, which I found to be super helpful! Not only was it helpful, but it was so nice to meet Jay. He was so sweet and he gave so many great recommendations! This Airbnb had it all! I truly could not have asked for a better place to stay ☺️

Perfect place for girls getaway trip. Walking distance to almost all the major attractions. Very well stocked kitchen and thoughtful of other needs such as umbrellas, flashlights, laundry detergent, etc. The bathroom is small, but expected in an older property. Everything for coffee , plenty of soap, shampoo, etc. Obviously a very thoughtful host. We greatly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable, quaint and historic property.

Spiro was a great host, he was able to accommodate us pretty last minute and it turned out to be such an amazing place to stay. Perfect size for our small group of 4, and plenty close to be able to walk into town. Over just a great experience. Thank you again Spiro!

We loved staying in this comfortable air bnb with all the amenities. Easy access to Concord, Lexington and Walden Pond. It was a nice, relaxing stay after moving my kid in the city. We would love to stay here again.
