The Hut on the Brett

Our shepherd’s hut is situated in a private part of our garden on the banks of the River Brett in the historic village of Lavenham, a two-minute walk from the Market Place with its Medieval Guildhall and Little Hall, a 14th century hall house. Lavenham has much to offer with its listed buildings, independent shops, restaurants, pubs and two small but well-stocked supermarkets. Footpaths make it easy to access the surrounding countryside and enjoy views of the village and its magnificent church.

Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. A beautiful, relaxing riverside lodge located at Isleham Marina. Set in open countryside with access to rural walks, swimming, cycling and bird watching. The lodge has fishing rights. Isleham village and Mildenhall stadium are a 30 minute walk away. The village has pubs, Co-Op store, restuarant and take away. Next to the marina there is an award-winning farm butchers and farm shop. Please note: there are space saving steps to the upstairs single beds and limited head room. Deep water.

This tiny home has recently been upgraded with a sauna and a whirlpool bath/hot tub complimented with an LED rainfall shower and of course has all the comforts of a double bed, a smart TV, a spacious open dining and sitting areas, and a large decking area for relaxing. Please note this still a small space and access to the whirlpool bath can be tricky.
