This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

We have a Wolf, don't be alarmed she is as friendly as can be and will greet you and escort you to the cabin. Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away.

In Franconia Notch State Park in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, this family-friendly generational cabin has three levels and a running brook out back. Built by the owner/architect in the early 1960s, it is located on a secondary road with forest views. Equipped with Wifi, a back deck, Juliet balconies on all levels, linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and cooking ware.
