Very well positioned in Mill Park, close to hospitals, top schools and shopping centres as well as the Rugby stadium and Newton Park swimming pool, we have 3 bedrooms en-suite with private entrances and set in a lovely colourful garden courtyard. We are positioned in a quiet area, 2 minutes walk to Grey school and very close to St Georges and Greenacres hospitals. Ideal for a family of 4 - 6 or group of friends. We are very close to lovely restaurants and have easy access to the main highways.

The unit has Solar power, free wi-fi, backup borehole water, street parking.
