The Cottage for Two

The Cottage was built in the late 1930's for a local church and was used as a Sunday school room, for receptions, etc.. In 2004 we relocated the Hut, as it was once called, to this site and restored it to it's existing condition, staying with it's late 30's roots. It and main house sets on 5 beautifully landscaped acres and is located only 7 minutes from historic downtown Summerville. Please note that this is NOT INTENDED AS A VENUE and is a SHARED POOL, not exclusive to the pool house guest.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Boho Barndo is the perfect spot to get away. Well stocked to make your stay comfortable. We are just 20 min from Downtown Summerville, 30 min from the Charleston International Airport and 5 min from shopping and dinning. The barndo is located on a large 5 ac. tract. One Block from Summerville Town Square

The cottage is in downtown Summerville's Historic District. It is 1.5 blocks from Main St. behind a Victorian home built in 1890. The cottage is very comfortable and cozy with a queen size bed, sofa, easy chairs and fast internet. The bathroom is roomy with handicapped railings beside the commode and bathtub. A skylight provides light even on cloudy days. There are plants in the cottage and lots of artwork. Restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance. Ceilings are 9 feet.

This listing is for the main house only, the detached guest house is a separate rental. 3/26- There is some land clearing going behind the property. Although visible from the back yard, no guests have said it affected their stay.

Cottage in the Oaks is truly a dream cottage. Our goal was to make this cottage a restful, peaceful home away from home. We are nestled on 2.5 acres with multiple ancient Live Oaks. You will feel as though you are in a country setting but are only a 2 minute drive to the center of Historic Summerville, with multiple choices of restaurants, local shops and of course bars. Play pickleball? We know all the local courts and teams, we are happy to help you find a game!

The Goose Cottage at Wild Goose Flower Farm

Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Two can sleep in the queen size bed but the sofa also extends into a queen-sized sleeper. Please reach out with further questions or if you would like to inquire about an extended stay.

The Rustic Roost

Welcome to the Rustic Roost where you can relax and recharge. Located 30 minutes from downtown Charleston, 45 minutes to Isle of Palms, 1hr to Folly Beach. 10 minutes from downtown Summerville, where sweet tea was invented! *Guests who are local to the area may be declined upon request, and require additional questions before approval. **Rustic Roost charges $25 per night for dogs.
