Frisco is a charming town 10 min to Copper Mountain; 15 min to Breckenridge, 20 min to Keystone. It's not the entire house but a private Guest Suite in the downstairs of my house. You will love the PRIVATE HOT TUB with Dead Sea Salts and a short walk to downtown Frisco! There are 2 BR, both with queen size beds, a living room with a queen sofa bed, and a full bath with double sinks. The micro-kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig! Quiet cul-de-sac. EZ access to I-70!

Across the street is the Raven Golf course and North Pond Ice Skating, 6 ski areas within 10-15 minutes. Bike path is in front of the house. We are a short walk to the Blue River for GOLD medal Fly Fishing.

With great access to town and plenty of trails just out the back door, The Cookie House is the perfect way to experience life in Breckenridge- plus, it comes with homemade, freshly baked chocolate chip cookies!
