I bed 1 bathroom studio apartment secondary unit that has a private entrance with dock on the canals in beautiful Surf City. Swim right out your door. Sit on the dock in the sun or under the gazebo. Gas fire pit for those cool evenings on the dock. 2 kayaks .High speed internet. Desk available if need a workspace. Minutes to beach. Max 2 guest.
