The Cottage is peaceful and tranquil, a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Karoo countryside, yet only a 10-minute walk from the shops and restaurants in Prince Albert. Prince Albert is the prettiest of all Karoo towns. Prince Albert is nestled at the foot of the majestic Swartberg Mountains, at the very edge of the Great Karoo.

The Cottage

Beautiful & comfortable heritage cottage in the historic town of Prince Albert. Quiet and peaceful surrounds, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Large garden full of fruit trees and birds. Please note that most of our guests who book for one night regret not staying longer, so we do recommend longer stays if you have the time!

Africa Inn-Chalet 4

Chalet four is nice and spacious with two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms as well as outside showers. Beds can be made in King or single bed. The Chalet has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and lounge area. The stoep is where the magic takes place with a braai and splash pool for your enjoyment.

River View Cottages

The 3 River View Cottages overlook a sweeping bend in the Gamka River. The cottages are situated on The River Farm near Calitzdorp in the heart of a World Biodiversity Hotspot in the Little Karoo. Each cottage can accommodate a couple.

Huis Kandelabra

This lovingly restored cottage, built in 1878, is on the Coetzee family’s 4th generation working ostrich farm in the small Karoo valley of Kandelaarsrivier. Huis Kandelabra is just outside Oudtshoorn on the main route to Mossel Bay.
