Awesome, relaxing place. Right in the middle of the sites we wanted to see. The coffee maker was broken but they were there within an hour with a new one. Highly recommend the stay and look forward to being back in the future.

This property was beautiful. House was clean and every detail was put into thought. Charcoal available to use , laundry detergent available if needed, games for the kids. If you forgot something they had it. The property was amazing. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi area, park and trampoline for the kids. Lake and kayaks, volleyball. Everything was thought of. We had an amazing time being there and unplugged. If you need a getaway this is it. Don’t hesitate to book. We will be back for sure. Amazing hosts and quick to get in touch with by text once you arrive.

Our stay was great! The patio and backyard were beautiful and peaceful. The house was comfortable and had great space for the 2 of us.

We loved our stay at Sunset cottage! We came for a quick work trip and house hunting. It was perfect for our family of 3. They have thoughtful accommodations throughout, even extra dog food bowls! Definitely recommend this stay!

Loved our stay! Very easy to find, very peaceful and quiet! Lots to do around the property like catch fish and swim! Lots to do close by, we went to Rock City and the Tennessee Aquarium but there was also so much more to do! Can’t wait to go back!

Very nice cabin on the Brow. One thing I look for in a cabin rental is a wood burning fireplace. Gas logs are becoming commonplace in rentals, but nothing beats a real fire. The fireplace draws nicely, and including firewood for the stay is a nice feature. Although there was fog and rainy weather the entirety of my stay, I can imagine the views are very nice, especially in winter. Host was very communicative, instructions were clear, and I had no reason to reach out with questions or requests.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was very neat and the hot tub was a great bonus. Also, the whole area is private and cozy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Claudia did a great job of staying in touch with us when needed.

If you can fall in love with a location, this would be it! The pictures do NOT do justice to this home. The house was spotless with the perfect amenities and linens. Being able to see the horses and other livestock was an unexpected treat. My husband and I came here for our honeymoon, and we brought our small dog. This place is perfect for couples AND families. The pool was fantastic and very clean. Location was perfect and a quick 20 minute drive to everything. We will definitely be back, and we cannot recommend this place enough! Also, the host was amazing and the people in the area are extremely welcoming! Thank you so much for such a wonderful visit!

Our stay here was amazing! It had everything we could possibly need. We loved the gas fireplace, the hot tub, and the sunrises were spectacular. There are so many wonderful places to see in the surrounding area.
