Explorar el río Alva desde nuestra casa es una experiencia única, donde destacan: avocetas, abejarucos, martines pescadores, cuervos, golondrinas, zorros, ratones de campo, ranas, sapos y culebras, numerosos peces como lubinas, bogas y carpas, truchas y anguilas.

The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

This living space offers two double bedrooms and one bedroom with a bunkbed. One double room has a private ensuite; the other double shares a hallway bathroom with the single room. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy dining area, peaceful outdoor spaces, and secure access with electric gates and private parking. Pets are very welcome, but please keep them on a lead to protect our resident cats and to ensure dogs don’t roam into other guest or private areas.

The property was originally listed as an agricultural building and converted into a guest annex. It has now been beautifully renovated to provide spacious 1-bedroom self-catering accommodation.
