This special place is close to everything, Comfortable 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment, with full kitchen, Lounge / dining area with garden views. Patio and tropical garden with sitting area. A 1 min walk to waters edge of Bramble Bay & 5-6min walk to Grocery, restaurants, cafes, bus & train. Maximum 2 guests, unfortunately no children. As we share the garden space, no hosting of guests / events / gatherings on the property. There is a lovely park with BBQ ‘S a 5 min walk on the esplanade.

The Red Door Cottage

Separate fully self contained "Granny Flat" with its own entrance off an easement; set in a beautifully lush garden. There is generally plenty of street parking with a walk generally no more than 30 to 40 metres up the easement to the gate which opens on to the "Red Door" of the cottage. When parking please be aware of the bus stop at the end of the easement; Queensland laws stipulate a 10 metre clearway in front and 20m clearway at the rear of the bus stop.

Yarrawarra Cottage is a quaint two-bedroom house that is a stone's throw from the Sandgate beachfront esplanade and just a moments walk to the heart of Sandgate village. With two bedrooms, full kitchen, lounge, dining, bathroom/laundry with washer and dryer, and expansive deck. One minute walk to the water and five to ten from all Sandgate has to offer. As we live in a separate house on site with our family, no events/parties/gatherings are allowed.
