Only 5 minutes walk to Sandgate Village with Moreton bay beyond, and just 250m from Sandgate Station. We keep the door locked between the studio and the house and there are no shared areas. There is private external access and ample street parking. Surrounded by natural beauty, with parks and waterways on our doorstep and a 10 min. walk to Shorncliffe train station.

Fully self contained unit with separate side entrance. Shared washing machine outside the unit. The unit has a separate bathroom with shower, a kitchenette (microwave and hot plate provided) equipped with the basics for cooking and eating. The open plan lounge room has a sofa, a study corner with desk and a separate small dining table with chairs. A large book shelf, cube shelf and mobile clothes hanger provide storage. Comfortable king single bed. Space suitable for one guest only.

The Red Door Cottage

Separate fully self contained "Granny Flat" with its own entrance off an easement; set in a beautifully lush garden. There is generally plenty of street parking with a walk generally no more than 30 to 40 metres up the easement to the gate which opens on to the "Red Door" of the cottage. When parking please be aware of the bus stop at the end of the easement; Queensland laws stipulate a 10 metre clearway in front and 20m clearway at the rear of the bus stop.

Yarrawarra Cottage is a quaint two-bedroom house that is a stone's throw from the Sandgate beachfront esplanade and just a moments walk to the heart of Sandgate village. With two bedrooms, full kitchen, lounge, dining, bathroom/laundry with washer and dryer, and expansive deck. One minute walk to the water and five to ten from all Sandgate has to offer. As we live in a separate house on site with our family, no events/parties/gatherings are allowed.
