Exactly as presented in photos, except it is closer to the chairlift than you would think - basically across the street and up the hill about 50 meters, can see it out your door.

Cozy cottage feel with beautiful A frame windows looking out onto a forest of pines from a living room with an easily operated gas fireplace. Multiple times per day, the deer come up to ask for corn, provided by the host. My kids favorite part was feeding the deer. Richard was responsive and takes very good care of his property.

Me and my friends stayed at Edward cabin for my birthday weekend to go snowboarding and it was really cozy and nice. The cabin was really clean and all the instructions and house rules were very helpful on taking care of the place. Overall I had a great birthday and trip with my friends would definitely come back someday.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The condo is comfortable & well-maintained. It was perfect for our family of 4. Nicholas provided helpful instructions and was very responsive to questions during our stay. The beds are comfortable & the kitchen is well-equipped. While the kitchen provided everything we needed, one detail to note there is a toaster oven, but not a regular oven. We were visiting for a spring break ski trip. The condo is within an easy 5 minute drive to Taos Ski Valley. Traffic is light & parking is easy. We rented ski equipment at Taos Sports & left it at Ski Valley overnight so we did not have to carry it back & forth. They have lockers available for boots, etc. The closest place for groceries & gas is in Taos, about 20-30 minutes from the condo. Overall, a great place to stay & would come again!

This private location was just what we needed to take a break from the daily city grind. Although the weather did not really cooperate, we were able to just stay in and enjoy the movie and game selection. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The dirt road to the property is a little bumpy, so just be aware. Truly enjoyable.

Our family had a lovely stay at Maggie’s place! My husband and our 2 boys ages 5 and 7 along with my in-laws went for a ski trip in February. The condo was cozy and very clean. The fireplaces were perfect for chilly nights and mornings. We easily walked to the Deer Stop shuttle (and they were quick to pick us up!). This location is great for skiing and very convenient if you need your skis tuned at Cottams directly across the road. The view was pretty and my boys LOVED the bunk room (their own TV!) and all the games/foosball. The garage made it easy to store our skis at night and the restaurant recs were right on. The market is close as well as the country club that offers a nice dining experience and wide open space for kiddos to run around. We’ve been traveling to Taos for 9 years and this was our first time to Angel Fire. We will most definitely be back and will stay here again!

This charming Southwest style casita was everything we hoped for and more! The space was adorably decorated while providing all the amenities we needed for our 2-night getaway from Denver. The absolute highlight was the hot tub with its breathtaking views of the sagebrush and Sangre de Cristo mountains - truly a tranquil experience that made unwinding effortless. We spent magical moments there each evening just taking in the scenery. (You can even find your lifer sagebrush sparrow out in the back!) The host's attention to small details throughout the property made our stay especially convenient and comfortable. The casita served as the perfect home base for celebrating my husband's birthday weekend and 10 minutes from Taos! We would absolutely recommend this magical little retreat to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning natural beauty. Can't wait to return!
