Very clean, the cleaners work hard. Very bright, a window on the entire wall. There are also large curtains. The window, or rather the glass wall, faces the street and there are special bars so that no one can see you, but you can see the street. It is very convenient. The room is in excellent condition, nice renovation. All the staff are friendly and nice people. They provide free water. But you need to leave the room and pour it from the cooler into a carafe. They also have the option of putting the entire cooler for you, this is an additional service that costs $1.5 for 20 liters of water, which is very cheap and I ordered it. Water is a very big plus for this place. There is a great restaurant 20 meters away, not expensive but very tasty. There is a store 10 meters away, open 24/7.

Happys place was nice and clean. He responded in minutes to any inquiries we had. The building also has a gym and pool on the sixth floor. I loved that the stay was very close to the airport.

Petit appartement proche des commodité et de l’aéroport au très bon rapport qualité prix. L’hôte est très accueillant, il s’est déplacé pour m’accueillir malgré mon arrivée très tardive. C’est calme au fond d’une ruelle (on ne peut pas approcher une voiture par contre) mais la rue principale est facilement accessible à pieds. L’appartement est propre, le lit est confortable et la cuisine bien équipée. Pour moi c’est parfait pour un court séjour ou en attente d’un vol à l’aéroport car le logement n’est pas très lumineux et sans vue, en ce qui me concerne je ne pourrais pas y rester pour un long séjour pour ce motif mais c’est mon point de vue. À améliorer pour être vraiment parfait : Deux bouteilles d.eau gratuite à l’arrivée s’il vous plaît…. Un rideau ou une porte de douche, car la salle de bain est petite et se mouille trop facilement dû à cet absence.

Very competitive room rate considering the location near the airport. Everyting is well organized and the host is trustworthy. On the day of checking in, the water heater was not working well, but immdeately the host changed the room to recover this problem. Thanks for everying including nice coffee service.

Huong is such an amazing host - super responsive and attentive, helped me with random issues I ran into, checked in on me after the myanmar earthquake 😳 the place is very spacious and it's a lovely neighborhood, highly recommend!!

Exactly as pictured in photos. Very clean and well organized. Bed was a bit too firm for me, but I did sleep well. Great internet connections. The shower is a bit small, but great pressure and hot water. I'll certainly want to stay again when I have medical appointments nearby.

I really love staying here! The place is perfectly situated in a vibrant market where you can experience the real Vietnam. You can see how the friendly locals live their daily lives and soak in the vibrant culture. It's within walking distance of several restaurants. Plus, there's a really nice coffee shop a stone's throw away. I really enjoy the large outdoor patio where you can view the market below. I often go downstairs and buy fresh fruit and coconuts from the local vendors. I then go up to the patio and sip on a fresh coconut while lying on the hammock. I also love having dinner on the patio during the evenings. There's a magical feel to it. You can even make hotpots and barbecues out there. Plus, the owner is extremely friendly, kind and courteous. She will go out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. She will always do anything possible to make you feel like an honored guest. She's a top-level host. This is a clean, comfortable place with charm.
