숙소도 생각보다 아주 쾌적해서 머물고 놀기 너무 좋았습니다 하우스 키핑해주시는 분들도 아주 깔끔히 잘해주셨어요 ~ 단점은 딱 하나 ~ 주소검색하면 다른곳으로 가끔나오는것 그거 말고는 없습니다 구글맵은 잘나오는데 그랩에는 잘안나오더라구요

Tao Hoon is very responsive & helpful. The villa is easy to find (especially with Grab car). The place is clean and tidy, absolutely a great place for group of best friends stay / gathering.

Ben was a fantastic host. The location was perfect for what we needed! We were travelling with seniors, a kid, and two toddlers and it was a breath of fresh air being able to walk safely around the neighborhood. We were just a block away from several coffee shops, Saigon river, convenient stores, and a small cluster of food carts that hit the spot. One thing we wish we knew was the stairs - there were a lot of them and some gaping holes around some of the corners. We found a solution to block off the stairs so the kids wouldn't run up unattended. Otherwise, it was perfect for our family!

我们已经是第二次入住这个房间了，虽然这个房间的位置离开市区有点偏远，但设施和服务很棒，有些很美的花园和安静的环境，工作人员为我们准备的丰富且美味的海鲜及肉类烧烤，我们每天都很尽兴。

Great urban oasis tucked away in Binh Thanh. The staff kindly gave us a better room without requesting and we really enjoyed our short stay here! 🏡🍃

Nice and quiet place to stay in the busy city. Not too far from the center and the swimming pool is a plus.

This place was fantastic. Very clean, good AC, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, and the host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
