To get to the property, it is best to have an SUV or Truck to ensure you cross the few creeks along the way but you are able to drive through with a car most of the time. Walk or bike through park- like Edgewater Beach Resort, Empire Park, and below Powersite Dam on the paved, wooded trail. Play disc golf next door at Empire Park.

Room 21 is a hot tub suite located at our vintage motel Downtown Hollister. The room is on the creekside of the building and boasts its own private deck and private hot tub. Enjoy the creek and other shared areas of our place including a pickleball court, bbq area, yard games, indoor game room, and free use kayaks. You are within walking distance to the areas best restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and brew houses at our Downtown Hollister location. We are only one mile to the Branson Landing.
