Location, location, location high on the lighthouse hill! My Haven is an original beach cottage (circa 1947) that features spectacular dual views, over the headland and along Main Beach. It seems like we’re away from it all up here, yet it’s just a 5-minute walk to Main Beach, the Gorge Walk, Life Savers’ club and the shop precinct. There are no modern furnishings in MyHaven; it's all collected, pre-loved and eclectic to give you that yesteryear charm and an authentic island vibe experience.

If you are looking for a great little beach house, centrally located at Point Lookout, then our house is perfect for you. At the end of our street, there is Bobs convenience store. Point Lookout beaches are all centrally located to our house and after a swim in our crystal clear waters, you can rinse off in our outdoor shower, before relaxing on our large rear deck. Close by, enjoy the stunning views at the iconic Straddie pub or walk the Gorge and maybe see some marine and wildlife.

Straddie Treehouse

Straddie Treehouse, set over two levels and surrounded by greenery, is located in the heart of Point Lookout - colourful, casual and close to almost everything the Point has to offer. It comprises of a full kitchen, 3 large airy bedrooms, two bathrooms (each with separate toilet), a generous living space. There are decks on both levels and a loft accessed by a ladder which is not to be accessed. Dogs and children are welcome. Cleaning Fee includes linen hire, just pack your beach towel.

Perfect Quiet Retreat

IMPORTANT: there is a 2 person maximum. If you are a healthy person and want to isolate yourself from everyone and also the city life, then this place is perfect for you. You will have a whole separate and independent apartment on the second floor of the house. Connected to wifi and and only 1 hour away from Brisbane, 1 minute drive to the beach and 1 min drive to the supermarket, post office, petrol station, and restaurants. Our place is for respectful, non-partying people only.

This listing is for the private use of the entire 2 storey house. With a relaxed Caribbean feel, this spacious house is suitable for one/two families.

Situated on a quiet street in the heart of the Koala habitat, you are bound to see some of these on your trip. Kangaroos frequently visit, and if you are lucky, you may see Sugar Gliders. Relax with the whole family at this air conditioned peaceful place to stay. Right in the centre of Amity Point, close to Amity Pavillon, general store & post office. Easy walk to boat ramp and jetty for swimming, fishing & dolphin spotting. You can often observe koalas and kangaroos around our property from the large deck. My husband and I have a granny flat downstairs which is completely separate to your space upstairs.
