For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. River Bush View is located in the heart of the village of Bushmills, situated on the banks of the River Bush. Shops/ Bars and Restauraunts right outside. We are minutes away from The Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, Dunluce Castle & Ballintoy Harbour (Game of Thrones ) and Bushmills Distillery just outside the front door. Our neighbours are the 2 herons that sit on the bank opposite and we regularly hear the otters in the evening and watch them play at the waterfall early mornings.

Restored 200 Year Old Church

Bookeen Hall is a 200 year old restored church about 20 mins from Galway City and within easy reach of the Cliffs of Moher, The Burren and Connemara. We are a short drive from Lignum (restaurant). We offer a private room (with 1 king size bed and 1 single bed) with a private bathroom. For larger groups there is a second room (with 1 king size bed), so we can accommodate up to 5. The nearest train station is 8 miles away in Athenry. We live here with our dogs and look forward to meeting you!

Situated in the heart of the Burren which is a karst landscape with cliffs, caves, archaeological sites and vast array of flowers and plants. Close proximity to the Michael Cusack Centre, Burren Perfumery, Poulnabrone Dolmen , Caherconnell and Cahercommaun Forts. Some of the most beautiful walks begin in Carron which are mapped out to hike on your own. My home is next to the Cusack Way walk.
