Charming house from the 1950ies with private garden in a quiet neighbourhood. The master bedroom has 2 beds (can be separated). The house has been renovated both inside and outside with brand new bathroom, kitchen, fireplace a.o. The house has beds for 4 people: 2 adults and 2 children. Hyggeligt, rummeligt hus i grøn haveforening i Københavns Ørestad. Huset ligger 5 min. fra Ørestad station, hvor toget vil bringe dig til Københavns Hovedbanegård på 6 min og metroen til Kongens Nytorv på 10 min. Danmarks største shoppingcenter Fields ligger 5 min væk, med mere end 140 butikker, biograf, spisesteder m.m. Huset har et stort køkken med plads til hyggelige spisestunder (og legende børn), 3 værelser, 1 stue og have med terrasse og trampolin. Udlejes oftest weekender.

Vi udlejer vores dejlige hus, som ligger en spytklat fra vandet (den blå badebro) og tæt på den gamle by og havnen. Kort bustur til lufthavnen, hvorfra der er metro til Kbh. 3 værelser med dobbeltseng, 1 værelse med 1 enkeltseng+plads til opredning. Stort køkken/alrum med udgang til haven med gasgrill, fodboldmål, og havemøbler. Stor TV-stue på 1. sal. 2 badeværelser og walk in closet. Det er en del af oplevelsen at passe vores søde kat Carla, hvorfor hund ikke kan medbringes.

Newly Build Modern Home Very Close to City Centre Our home was built in 2018 and has all the amenities of a modern home. Parking in private drive way, and very close to the metro (5 minutes walk). The house is in three stories with a basement, ground floor and 1st floor. The neighbourhood is amazing; it's close to the city centre (only 10-15 minutes on a bike or via the Metro) and close the Copenhagen's best beach, where you can take long walks or a swim in the ocean.

Skønt hus tæt på strand og den gamle by i Dragør

Hus på 170 m2 i Dragør. 15 min. fra lufthavnen & 30 min fra Kbh). Stor have, med en stor terrasse. Vi bor 5 min fra havet og tæt v den fine gamle by, hvor man kan bade, gå på café/ restaurant /shoppe. Der er trampolin. En hyggelig udestue, som kan åbnes op med store skydedøre. Ikke opvarmet. Huset har 2 toiletter, 4 soveværelser, MEN det ene rum, bruges til opbevaring ved udleje. Bålplads. Ugeneret have. Vi har badekar og brændeovn, som vi beder om ikke anvendes :-)
