Apartment was very clean, neat. Host was super responsive. We appreciated fast replies and also instructions for sauna, chimney, stove. Location of the apartment was also very good, walkable to city centre and other sights.

A bit confusing extra digital environment for check in and out, but otherwise clear and supportive instructions. Place was nice and clean and in peaceful and private area (mainly private houses or only 4-8flat houses with gardens big enough around). And, when using the room, be noticed, that automatic light in bathroom 😀, so no need to spend time at all for searching for switches for that 😀.

Five stars in every department. The apartment is wonderfully located close to centre of Tartu. It's immaculately furnished. Huge main bed, so comfy. Check-in is automated and easy. Spacious. Great bathroom. Top pick

Estuvimos 3 meses y realmente nos sentimos como en casa. El apartamento tiene todo para estar unos días de vacaciones, pero también para vivir durante periodos más largos. Estuvimos desde septiembre a diciembre, incluyendo días de mucho frío, y jamás pasamos frío en este apartamento. Está totalmente renovado, tiene buena eficiencia energética y la calefacción está presente en todas las habitaciones (incluyendo suelo radiante en el baño). Por otro lado, la comodidad es genial, y eso incluye la cama y los sofás. También dispone de todo lo necesario para vivir y para estar como en casa. En cuanto a la zona, no puede ser mejor. Un barrio tranquilo, precioso y a 10 minutos del centro andando. Elegiría este apartamento 1000 veces más 😉

Kena korter, vaiksed naabrid, hea ühendus kesklinnaga. Olime 2 nädalat kahe koera ja kassiga, oli kohti, kus koertega jalutamas käia. Korter oli puhas ja hästi varustatud kõige elamiseks vajaminevaga. Nice apartment, quiet neighbors, good connection to the city center. We stayed for 2 weeks with two dogs and a cat, there were places to walk the dogs. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you need for living.

I had a fantastic stay with my family at this lovely apartment in Tartu. The place is exactly as described—modern, clean, and very comfortable. Everything from the furnishings to the small details felt thoughtfully chosen and well-maintained. The location was great too—quiet yet close enough to walk to the city centre, shops, and restaurants. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tartu to stay at Veiko apartments.

Comfortable and cosy apartment in a nice quiet area.

Le logement d'Ethel est très agréable, très bien placé. Un salon de thé / boulangerie très agréable se trouve à l'entrée du bâtiment, très pratique pour les petits déjeuner. Le bâtiment est cossu et très beau. De nombreux appartements avec systèmes d'ouverture par code. Tout peut se faire à pied depuis l'appartement. Celui-ci est très bieb équipé et très propre. Ethel est extrêmement réactive pour toutes questions. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Great location! A comfortable space just like in the pictures, and a great sauna. The apartment is surrounded by a beautiful, quiet cobblestone area, and there are plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The host answers all our questions right away. Thank you!

This apartment is incredibly peaceful, so is the neighbourhood. I liked the view from the window and the bird songs. It was also very clean, and came with a very welcome little gift; some chocolate! I recommend to go to Karlova Kohl (1 min) in the morning for the coffee/breakfast, and to Anna Edasi to have a very good lunch and ice cream. I visited Supilinn and Annelinn which, I think, give a great sense of Tartu’s history.

Perfect location, clean, well priced.

We stayed 2 nights with 2 Golden Retrievers and the place was like brand new! We tried our best to keep the dogs dirty feet clean (we gave them foot baths each time but had to use one towel when it was wet and muddy outside. The stairs are steep and a bit tight but no issue for us. There isn’t a dog park close that we found but in the “courtyard” there is a nice fenced grassy space that we could let the dogs run off a little energy and that was great! Incredibly easy to find and enter/leave and 3 blocks from city center. A great stay, we hope to stay here every time we come down to Tartu!
