Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

Wir haben kein ganzes Chalet Dorf gebaut, sondern nur ein einziges, außergewöhnliches, wunderschönes & gemütliches Chalet auf 1150m Seehöhe oberhalb von Arriach, mit freiem Blick in 3 Himmelsrichtungen. Eine stilvolle Sauna mit malerischem Ausblick vervollständigt unser Unterkircher Chalet.

Auf der Couch können zwei weitere Gäste oder Kinder schlafen. Ruhige Lage, 20 Min. mit dem Fahrzeug nach Klagenfurt oder Villach, 12 Min. nach Velden am Wörthersee. The cottage is located in a peaceful area, 10 min walk from the lake Bled (swimming area). It has been made with natural materials such as wood and clay which makes it a comfortable and a healthy stay. There are free scotters available for you to use. Parking is free in front of the house.
