Tavira, located 40km from the Spanish boarder is considered to be one of the most beautiful traditional villages in the Eastern part of the Algarve. The surroundings offer a lot to explore for hikers, golfers and nature lovers.

The villa in Luz de Tavira is located in a rural area and surrounded by typical Portuguese houses, greenery and close to the highway, making it a good base for exploring the region. Within walking distance is a local food market, cafes, pharmacy and an ATM. Renting a car is highly recommended, we have a double carport, free parking on the property and the villa is fully fenced & closed off with a gate. The whole property, house and swimming pool are private (our pool is not heated)

El piso tiene unas maravillosas vistas a la Ría Formosa, situado en primera línea, cerca de todo tipo de servicios comerciales, equipado con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Simplemente cruce la calle para llegar al muelle de embarque, en una de las mejores playas del Algarve. En el borde de la Ría Formosa se encuentra un pequeño y tranquilo pueblo de pescadores, con un paseo marítimo por donde se puede pasear disfrutando de la maravillosa vista de la Ría y el pueblo.

Our spacious non-overlooked private terrace with built in BBQ commands stunning uninterrupted views by day and amazing sunsets by night superbly positioned by the waters edge of the Ria Formosa. For your comfort there are Air-Conditioning units in the bedroom with 'King Size' bed and lounge for cooling in the summer and heating for the winter evenings.

La Maison is located in the centre of the village, where all shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The house has 2 bedrooms (1 downstairs, 1 upstairs), 2 bathrooms, each can have its own space. The fully equipped kitchen (with coffee cups, wine glasses, knives, coffee machine etc ...) It is the ideal house for a holiday with family or friends.

Located in the city center, near the old market and in front of the River Gilão, this house is located in a riverside area that has been recently requalified that allows good walks along the river. Close to the house you can enjoy all the services and commerce necessary for a comfortable stay without the need to move by car. From restaurants, public services, transport and especially the boat to the beach (Tavira Island) whose embarkation pier is just a few meters away.
