Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Fatima, Othman et Samir étaient très accueillants, sympathiques et à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, le Ryad est très joli, l’emplacement parfait avec un parking surveillé juste à côté, et la visite avec Samir à Fès très intéressante! Merci encore pour tout, et nous recommandons ce Ryad sans hésiter !

We stayed in this beautiful riad for two days. perfectly located in walking distance to the medina. Ali provided everything we needed and was very helpful with the planning of our following trip. the communication via whatsapp with him was easy and quick. don't miss your chance of staying in this authentic riad!!!

Terrific! The riad is very beautiful, the location hard to beat, all over a superb place. The biggest asset though is the staff, Mohammed and Said! They will do everything to make it an outstanding experience! Also the Lady who is in charge of housekeeping, she does a perfect job!! Maybe the best riad we stayed at on our 3 week road trip in Morocco! The place is exactly or even better than described in the listing. Thank you!!!

Alojamiento me gusto mucho, Badr nuestro anfitrión fue muy servicial a todo momento. El desayuno excelente y el Riad magnífico, se siente estar dentro un museo, de un trozo de historia de Fez y de Marruecos en general.

One of the best Airbnb during my travels. The riad is beautiful with a very ideal location for navigating and exploring the Medina. My stay was made extra special by the hospitality of Yousef and Issa, both are very kind and attentive. E

Everyone was VERY friendly and helpful. The hotel was amazing. I expected a smaller room with a smaller, less convenient bathroom because we were staying in the walls of the Medina (looking at many reviews of many places that seemed to be the norm). We got a large, clean, beautiful room. Our private bathroom had a large walk-in shower. Our first night we were the only guests so we had plenty of hot water. There was less hot water on our last morning as there were more guests that day. Breakfast was filling and delicious with a spectacular view of the sunrise on the terrace. I would definitely recommend this location if you are visiting Chefchaouen!

Très beau Riad dans la Médina de Fès, permettant de découvrir la ville tranquillement. Chambre spacieuse, propre, conforme à la description, très belle salle de bain. Chambre donnant sur la terrasse du Riad. Environnement calme. Toute petite piscine partagée par les hôtes du Riad située devant la chambre, agréable pour se rafraîchir, un plus dans la ville. Très bon accueil par Mohammed et Leïla, le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. A noter quelques odeurs d'égout dans la salle de bain, mais je pense que c'est difficile d'y remédier.

Das Riad ist sehr schön und sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Man ist direkt in der Medina von Fes und dennoch ist es ruhig und privat. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr gute Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Man wird sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Hôte extrêmement accueillant. Le Riad est magnifique, avec une piscine fraîche extrêmement appréciable quand il fait 45°C, paisible, un solarium avec vu sur la Médina (très proche). Les petits déjeuners peuvent être pris à n'importe quelle heure de la matinée et ils sont très copieux. Un vrai cadeau ! Le tout au meilleur prix. Points qui pourraient être améliorés : confort de la literie et sèche cheveux, vraiment secondaires compte tenu de tous les points positifs du riad ! Encore merci.

It is a nice and safe place to stay, both for adults and kids. The property and rooms, swimming pool, etc, were as beautiful as in the pictures or even better. The locals taking care of the property were very friendly and polite. The service was comparable to even hotel service (e.g. possibility to order food based on the fixed list and prices, quality of dinners and breakfasts, etc.). If someone likes to explore the surroundings, while walking and hiking, then there is a small local village uphill and nice views around it.

Palais Houyam was such a good vibe. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and also super respectful. The space is so beautiful with a amazing interior and the bedroom was amazing. The pool was great and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Fes

J’ai passé un séjour absolument merveilleux au Riad Alma à Fès. Ce riad, soigneusement entretenu et est en tout point conforme aux photos publiées en ligne. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai reçu un accueil chaleureux de la part de Ahmed, qui s’est montré d’une grande bienveillance et disponibilité. Il n’a pas hésité à répondre à toutes mes demandes et a même pris l’initiative de venir me chercher au parking pour me guider jusqu’au riad, ce qui a été très apprécié. Le petit déjeuner était savoureux et a ajouté une touche encore plus agréable à mon séjour. L’emplacement du riad est idéal, à proximité des principaux sites touristiques, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour découvrir la ville de Fès. Je recommande vivement ce logement à tous les prochains voyageurs en quête d’authenticité. C’est avec grand plaisir que je reviendrai. Merci encore pour tout, Ahmed ! Grâce à vous, je garderai un souvenir inoubliable de mon passage à Fès. N’hésitez pas à réserver !

La stanza si trova all'interno della medina, ma vicino alla porta d'ingresso, quindi è facilmente raggiungibile anche con i bagagli. Rooftop catino, ottima zona, personale gentile e disponibile, consigliatissimo!

Our stay with Aziza was wonderful, the staff at the Riad was outstanding. Though we did not speak French or Arabic, the staff always made sure we had all our needs met. The breakfast was very good and overall the location was great as it is next to a gate should you choose to avoid walking through the Medina.
