Het appartement en het complex zijn nieuw en modern ingericht. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is aanwezig: borden, bestek, glazen, handdoeken, stofzuiger, strijkplank, föhn, etc. Alles wat bij een woning hoort. Het appartementencomplex is 24/7 beveiligd en er werken zeer vriendelijke mensen. Je bent in 10 minuten in het centrum en de taxi (GG) staat vaak al klaar nog voordat je tijd hebt gehad om je schoenen aan te doen. Kortom, een aanrader voor wie het niet erg vindt om iets verder van het centrum te zijn.

Hayk and his family were helpful and kind, the place was cozy, and we had a great time. Just get ready to climb a lot of stairs if you want to walk here from the center of Yerevan!

Great place to be if you want a retreat to breathe away from the city life and watch the clear skies at night. I would definitely visit again in the spring or summer to be able to hike the beautiful nature around

I'm pleased to recommend this apartments. Karen had answers for questions we haven't yet. We were given clear instructions on how to get into the accommodation. We went with a pleasant feeling that Karen was waiting for us and glad to meet us. The accommodation had absolutely all the necessary amenities, even a blender in the kitchen and ice in the freezer. On the first evening, Karen told us about the neighborhood, where to eat, a 24-hour pharmacy, an exchanger, and everything... Even life hacks along the route to always go downhill and not go up (before settling in, we did not heed the advice and we arrived at the subway station via maps, we had to go uphill and got a little tired when we saw why Karen recommended another subway station, heh). If you choose Karen as your landlord, fell free to ask anything!

Excellent place and excellent communication with the hosts! The house was super for 4 persons, very clean and nicely decorated! Plenty of space and as it was snowing during our days there, that made our stay very special! Overall a great experience!

After a long and exhausting journey, arriving at Goher’s home felt like stepping into the same sense of safety and comfort I used to feel at my grandmother’s house. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we were welcomed warmly and lovingly. Most importantly, everything was thoughtfully prepared for my newborn baby. During our one-week stay, we created beautiful memories that we will never forget. In the near future, when our friends and family travel to Armenia, I will definitely recommend Goher’s home to them.
