Touristic or business – this exquisite 120 sqm apartment is close to the exhibition area (walking distance) and to the centre of West Berlin (Kurfürstendamm). The apartment is located in a quiet side street parallel to Kaiserdamm. It has excellent light and offers a view into the green to both sides. Extensive remodelling in 2020 and furnishing in a classical style in keeping with the period in which the house was built (around 1900). The high ceilings create an elegant and relaxed atmosphere.

Unser Ferienhaus befindet sich 12 km südlich der Lutherstadt Wittenberg. Das alte, circa 90 m2 grosse Haus wurde von uns liebevoll renoviert und der Charakter dabei weitgehend erhalten. In der unteren Etage befinden sich eine Wohnküche mit Sitzmöglichkeit für 6 Personen, ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein Wohnzimmer, in der oberen Etage zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette. Das Haus befindet sich auf dem gleichen Grundstück wie unser Wohnhaus, so dass wir bei Fragen zur Verfügung stehen.

Die komplett eingerichtete Küche mit angrenzendem Esszimmer, 3 Schlafzimmer (EG/ DG) und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer laden zum Verweilen ein. Neben einem modernen Bad (EG) mit Dusche, Wanne, Fußbodenheizung und Fön steht euch noch eine separate Toilette (DG) zur Verfügung. Für die „Kleinen“ stehen im Garten Trampolin, Schaukel, Sandkasten, Spielhaus mit Rutsche und eine Spielwiese zur Verfügung.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Hier ist der richtige Ort zum Lesen, Schreiben, Meditieren, Kochen, zum Sternegucken, Pilzesammeln (Dörrautomat vorhanden) Hühnerfüttern, für Lagerfeuer, Waldspaziergänge und Tierbeobachtungen. Wer eine Zeit lang abschalten und die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Ort eignet sich auch gut für etwas längere Auszeiten, etwa um ein Buch zu schreiben.
