Beautiful cottage 20min from downtown north bay, quiet street, well furnished, very responsive owners ( had a small issue with hot tub in next few hours host came over resolved issues. Highly recommend

We booked this place for a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life to relax and enjoy the calm. This place truly delivered! It was beautiful, cozy and the hot tub sure relaxed us! I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

We had an incredible stay! The views were stunning, and the cabin itself was warm, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed—and more. The hosts went above and beyond, not only keeping the property well-maintained by clearing the snow but also being flexible with scheduling. They were extremely helpful in guiding us to the best fishing spots, even with the snowstorm making the fishing slow. Made our experience even better. The hot tub was ready to go upon arrival, offering a peaceful and relaxing way to unwind while looking out over the lake. This is a place we’ll look back on with great memories, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again!

This was our second stay at The Canoe and it was fantastic, yet again. Always welcomed with fresh baked bread and treated to fresh eggs during our stay. The cabin is perfect for my family of four. It is super clean and well stocked. Looking forward to going back next year. ☺️

We had an excellent family winter weekend getaway! We did some ice fishing, snowmobiling and skating/hockey down the road at the local ODR. The cottage was a great spot for our family and we will definitely go back and would love to try it in the summer months. Thanks for sharing your cottage with us!

Galyna’s cottage was as described. Everything worked well. The boat ramp on site was very convenient. Great location on the river. Pool table, air hockey, and ping pong table add fun activities. Great spacious cottage for a family getaway. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I booked this place to celebrate my best friend’s engagement and held a small gathering there to enjoy a nice weekend at a cottage to relax. We immediately felt comfortable and right at home. We had everything we needed there, and very close to the town next store for grocery runs, etc. No issues or complications, check in through check out was very smooth and easy. I can easily speak for myself and the rest of my party that we had a great weekend. Overall an amazing find, and we’d definitely want to stay again. 10/10 would recommend. Cozy house in a very quiet street. Fully stocked, there’s everything you need and more. Very clean too. Shops are close so it’s easy to get groceries. Beautiful region. We had a great time, and would stay there again.

Christina’s place was a little slice of heaven! I stayed for a month and loved going swimming during the beautiful sunrises, enjoying the peaceful dock and relaxing. Also, as a mushroom enthusiast, this property had so many lovely sights - even a shrimp of the woods bloom at the end of my stay. Christina was so lovely and accommodating and really helped me feel safe and welcome. My cats loved the windows and bright open space. Would recommend this stay to anyone :)

We stayed at Tyler, Steph, and Julie's cottage for a Fall fishing trip and it was the perfect spot! The lake is excellent for fishing, large and many places to scope out for all hours of the day... the firepit space was a great fit for our group of 5 to enjoy (we had forgotten our chairs and were thankful to see all the outdoor seating!) The cottage was one of the most well stocked Airbnb's we have stayed in, lots of helpful items in the kitchen. Our group noted we really would love to come back in the Summer time - there were so many games, a horseshoe pit, a whole separate bunkie, and lots of water toys that left us wanting to come back when the temps/waters are warmer with more friends for a true cottage staycation. 5/5, thank you for hosting us!

Nick and Jenn are excellent hosts. Their cottage was the perfect place to enjoy meals and get peaceful rest at the end of hard day at work. The place felt comfortable and had all the amenities of home. Crew enjoyed the stay so much, had to rebook another two week stay.

Anita's place was great. Just as described and exactly what we were looking for. The basement was larger than expected and we had lots of room to enjoy all the games. Very close to restaurants and cafes on Main Street.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to come together for a peaceful family Thanksgiving weekend away. The Whitestone was perfect for our two families to come together to enjoy nature, games, movies, a holiday meal and eachother's company. Between the fully stocked kitchen, spacious living space and extra amenities, we were very pleased. Thank you Leanne!

We had an incredible stay at Lionel’s cottage in Port Loring! The view from the property is absolutely stunning, and the cottage itself was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of friends. The pictures truly don’t do the place justice—it was even better in person. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape to a beautiful and peaceful spot. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Lorn and Diana were incredibly accommodating and always available to help us with any questions we had about the area or the accommodations. Their hospitality truly made our trip memorable. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting. Make sure you stop by coffee shop to say hi to Kingston and enjoy a delicious coffee. Amazing cottage and great hosts. Early check-in time at 11 am! Late check-out time (the host said we could leave any time and stay as late as we like) - this was the best! Usually hosts require early check-out from a cottage which is super inconvenient - but here you can stay as long as you want and actually enjoy your last day. A bottle of wine and a thank you card upon arrival! The cottage is amazing: super comfortable, the bathroom is great, modern shower, kitchen is very well stocked (so many dishes, glasses, utensils, everything) - above and beyond other cottages. The location is private with a gorgeous view of Pickerel like, private dock, several sitting areas so you can move between them with the sun throughout the day, beautiful area to make the fire. We loved kayaks and 2 standup paddle boards, plenty of life vests. Starlink wifi worked great. Great hosts, so responsive at all times before and during the stay when we had questions. We loved this cottage!

not a single issue, host was available for questions, great space , great value and beautiful redone firepit with firewood. lots of chipmunks and ducks. the master bedroom felt like sleeping next to the water with amazing glider rocker Adirondack chairs right out the patio doors for morning coffee.

this place is everything and more.. its secluded..but close to the lake.. sadly it was raining and we could not visit the lake.. but the cottage had everything we needed.. it was warm anf welcoming.. very clean.. had all the amenities...Darren was soo kind always offering to take us to the lake making sure we knew where everything was.. drew us a map which was helpful..Nadine was really prompt and accommodating of our request.. 10/10 would recommend and visit again..

Amber and her husband were great hosts! The cabin is absolutely beautiful and they left some great local recommendations( the wagon wheel restaurant was amazing and I would highly recommend), my husband and I went up for a week as our honeymoon and they went the extra mile to make it special for us! At the end of the week we ended up having major vehicle issues leaving us stuck and they were super helpful and understanding, Kyle even came out with a generator and battery charger after multiple caa cancellations. Can’t say enough good things about the hosts or the cabin itself. Would love to be back again!

We stayed here for a mom’s night away and absolutely loved it!! It’s so private and peaceful with stunning views! The home is spacious and was able to accommodate 9 ladies. We are already talking about wanting to come here annually!
