Gäste müssen zusätzlich eine Übernachtungssteuer von 7,5% bezahlen.

Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

Hier ist man ruhig untergebracht, aber mit ein paar Schritten mittendrin im Leben von Berlin und kann die Kultur, die Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und - wenn man möchte - auch das Nachtleben genießen.
