Great location! Small cozy guest house. Parking spot was tight for our large 2500 but we made it work. Recommendations were great.

Can’t say enough about how much I loved this place. Getting to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view was probably my favorite part since I’m a sucker for peace and quiet. Taking a dip on the hot tub after long hours of driving was a life saver as well! I don’t think I could’ve done the drive I did without it. On top of the room being so super cozy (even for my little old pup who got to enjoy there being a dog bed provided), the food was amazing as well! Pizza was the best I’ve had in years and I’ll be thinking about the eggplant parmigiana for months to come. Definitely telling all my friends and family that this is the place to stay if you’re ever traveling thru the area. Can’t recommend it enough!

Lovely little home with lovely flowers and artistic touches. Perfect quiet location while visiting my son at UGA. Juana was very accommodating when I made a last minute reservation, and had everything ready for us when we arrived.

This carriage house is the best place to stay if visiting East Nashville OR if basing out of there to see all of Nashville! It's located above Molly's garage in an adorable neighborhood that's seamlessly flows into other historic neighborhoods. There are so many things close by, and Molly has great recommendations for local, walkable spots for food, etc. Getting in the car is easy if wanting to go into the city or other areas of Nashville, as well. Molly is a great host with excellent communication! The carriage house is designed with so many things in mind and the beds are quite comfortable. It is meticulously clean and we found parking to be very easy (& free) on nearby Scott Ave. If you like walkable neighborhoods, with timeless, bungalow charm, great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and vintage clothing stores/unique home shops, this is the place for you! Greenery abounds in all directions, as well, and there wasn't an unfriendly person anywhere!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the cottage in Normaltown and we hope to go back again in the future. It's the perfect spot for privacy yet close to the city where there's so much to do. One minute you can see a great show but in the morning you can sit and drink coffee and sit on the porch and rock in the rocking chairs out front. Love it so much and would highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Joy's little house. We wanted to be north of Atlanta to visit different family and also get to Atlanta for some tourists attractions like the zoo and aquarium. We thought it was easy to get into the city and centrally located to our family. The place was perfect for our family of 4 and had extra touches making it feel more like a high end hotel than a traditional AirBNB. We loved driving in and out of the house and seeing the horses running free and the home is on an absolutely beautiful piece of property. My kids loved the space upstairs so much also. I would highly recommend this location. We did meet Joy and she was so friendly and nice.

Our stay was perfect and everything we hoped for. Hosts were very responsive when needed. Hot tub and relaxing outside was the highlight. The house was very clean and well stocked. Thank you for providing everything in the descriptions.

We had a wonderful and cozy one night stay, but wish we could have stayed longer. Stephen and Beth were great hosts and their guest cottage made us feel right at home. It was private, easy to find/park, clean and so beautifully decorated. We slept very comfortably and felt like we had everything we could have needed. We would absolutely stay again. Thanks Stephen and Beth!

Host was very kind and responsive. The driveway was super steep and I was nervous my little car wouldn’t get up it but it went up just fine (when I didn’t get nervous and stop 🤦‍♀️). Never had a problem with the WiFi. The place and surroundings are beautiful. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. I look forward to coming back again.

I have stayed in several Airbnbs in Nashville and this one is top notch. Great hosts and awesome location. The area is a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Nashville. Highly recommend!

We had an enjoyable stay and would stay again when traveling in the area again. Morning coffee on the screened porch overlooking the back yard was a great start to the day!

Perfectly place for a weekend getaway! The Ponderosa Guesthouse was just as described and actually quite roomy for two people! There was plenty of storage to put our things away. Ches was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay! Nobody was in the main house so we were able to park down by the garage which was a bonus! The area was absolutely gorgeous! Would definitely recommend!

Perfect place for my overnight stay!!

This was my first RBNB. I was completely satisified. The host was very nice and new exactly what a visitor would need to.make the visit "just like.home!" This is also.a great place to bring your pet!!!! Perfect for a couple to enjoy a honeymoon or for a mom and her daughter (my case). The shower is AMAZING. Good Job Jeremy and Family.

From the moment I booked Jon’s place he couldn’t have been more welcoming, responding to my messages within minutes. We were given full, clear instructions for check in and there was lots of useful information on the house and area. Jon’s place is well located for downtown Nashville and we used Uber to get around easily. The cosy apartment was a quiet oasis after the hustle and bustle of the city. And was within walking distance of some great bars and restaurants. We particularly liked the cocktails at Urban Cowboy! We also made good use of the umbrellas in the hallway! Thanks to Jon for being an excellent host and we would not hesitate to recommend his place. Fantastic!

Just what we needed for a quick trip to Nashville- clean, private, affordable and well thought out. It’s small, but we really just needed a place to sleep so it was perfect and it was nice to be able to make our own breakfast before on the go.

We had such a lovely stay at Teresa and Michael’s home. The home is out in the country and it felt like it with the sounds of the roosters and the sweet greeting from their dog upon our arrival. :) the home was in great condition and the beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated that the couch had a couch cover as I am a bit of a germaphob and it made me feel better knowing those probably get cleaned occasionally vs a couch never having the ability to truly be cleaned. Teresa was always very easy to contact and send us kind communication throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot just off the historic Roswell Square and convenient to GA 400 to get downtown or wherever you need to go. Walkable to local restaurants and shops. Also close to the Chattahoochee River, which has a number of great hikes. Would definitely stay there again.

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely beautiful weekend at Courtney’s place! This place is stunning from the second you walk in. The patio was a great way to enjoy the spring weather! The kitchen was also extremely well stocked! 1000% will be staying here again!

Mayvis's beautiful cottage by the creekside is wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Mayvis goes above and beyond to provide you with a clean cozy place to rest. Ideal location to JC Campbell folk school. I got to meet Mayvis and she helped me right away.

The property and surrounding areas are beautiful and extremely peaceful. The rental was clean, neat, safe, and comfortable. Our host Margee was very kind, friendly, understanding, and responded to my messages within a few minutes. Although the rental is near her home, it felt like we were by ourselves. The property has several areas to enjoy including gazebo and a nearby river (side note, she even has walking sticks next to the rental for hiking).The location is so private and gorgeous that it felt like a piece of heaven just for you. If you are looking for a place to relax, enjoy nature, beautiful scenery, amenities, and nearby shopping this is the perfect place. I hope to go back soon!
