Take a morning jog on the historical red brick streets and stop to visit the Buddy Holly Center while the city sleeps. Then head back to the 3rd floor and unwind for your early morning coffee at the fully renovated 1931 TX landmark condo while you enjoy the exceptional downtown views. In the evening time head out to enjoy the best local restaurants, night life, breweries or catch a TTU game (only 1.5 miles away.) The Mission Belle

This Spanish revival home is located in Lubbock’s historic district just two blocks from Texas Tech. You will be walking distance from football, basketball, and baseball games as well as graduations and other University events. Enjoy outdoor spaces on the large front patio or the brick patio in the back with a grill. We have lovingly restored this nearly 100 year old home and kept as many of its original features as possible- including the windows and the cast iron kitchen sink and bathtub!

There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.
