We stayed 9 days, was ideal location for our needs. Looked exactly like the pictures, was very clean, beds very firm, kitchen could have had some More utensils. Chris was very responsive. Just make sure you renew the 24 hr parking app - I forgot one day and my car got towed🙈 Would book again 👌🏼

Definitely recommend and would book again: peaceful, wonderful & comfortable mattress(important bc bad back), quiet, lovely balcony overlooking pool, fantastic a/c (even I got cold), extremely helpful & responsive, SO SO CLEAN everywhere, and great area to walk in. HEB, many restaurants, near tollway…just a great place to book-this caliber of rental is extremely difficult to find. Thank you Ed and Leigha!

This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at 🥰! The house was spacious, beautifully clean, and we immediately felt at home. Our children had the most amazing time in the pool – it truly made the trip unforgettable for them. Communication with the hosts was outstanding; they always responded immediately. One day we thought the pool sounded a bit loud, and even though it was Easter, they sent a pool guy right away to check it. That level of care and attention really made a difference. We can’t recommend this place highly enough – thank you so much for an exceptional stay 😍!

Xavier's home is beautiful, clean, modern, and looks exactly like the photos. The home smells amazing and there is no dust to be found. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. I really enjoyed full use of the home's garage, which is behind the house accessed by a nice alley. At night, the outdoor spaces light up beautifully and are so inviting. I contacted Xavier on a couple of occasions and he was always quick to respond with clear instructions. I would stay in this beautiful property again in the future.

The host was extremely nice and accommodating. The house had plenty of amenities making the price worth it. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and had no complaints!

We enjoyed our stay at Dan’s place felt right at home. We made a carne asada on Friday with the family and the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. Saturday we were not there most of the day since we had a family quinceañera to go. But It felt good coming back to Dan’s place after and spend some more time with the family.

We had a fantastic stay at this property with our large family, which included several people from ages 3 - 67 and there was plenty of entertainment for everyone! The building layouts were perfect for us, with the boys in the bunkhouse and the girls in the main house's trundle room. The two game rooms were a hit, especially the air hockey and ping pong tables! The property was well-equipped with plenty of clean bathrooms, a very large kitchen and large washer & dryer in the main house and smaller machines in the other building. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. We enjoyed walking to the nearby sandy beach for some refreshing lake swimming. While there were TVs in the living areas, none were available in the bedrooms, which was fine for us. The internet worked well in the main house but wasn't strong enough for Zoom calls, and cell service was spotty throughout the area. Overall, this property is ideal for large groups.

An amazing place to get away with your large family or friends, and definitely a must book of your hosting or attending a wedding in Valley View. Best property in the area, hands down!

Beautiful and spacious with a home away from home feeling. Not to mention the glorious tub in the master bath. Great communication with hosts and opportunities to reach out with any concerns.
