Our beach apartment is in a beautiful converted Victorian period house, with it's own private balcony, less than 5 mins walk from Minnis Bay Beach. Birchington Station (10 mins walk) provides good links to London and nearby coastal retreats. There is a parade of shops with a convenience store, fish and chips, cafe and micro pub 2 mins away. The Minnis Bay Brasserie is a 5 min walk away along the promenade. There are great routes for walking/running/cycling in all directions.

No. 7 by the Sea is a holiday apartment, providing a great home from home experience, with amazing views out to sea and of the iconic Margate Lido. The 1 bed apartment offers a spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom, and even a sun terrace. Margate Old Town and Cliftonville are both just a ten minute walk away with a whole host of restaurants and shops to explore along the way. We have just opened No.37 by the Beach in Broadstairs. Beach Lookout is a charming one bedroom apartment with direct access to the famous blue flag "Viking Bay" in Broadstairs and unprecedented panoramic views of the bay and sea from the balcony. You have the pier/harbour arm directly opposite and watching the sun rise whilst laying in bed through the balcony doors is amazing (I have uploaded a photo). You can sleep with the doors open in the summer and the sound of the ocean crashing against the shore is one awesome soundtrack!
