수영장도 깔끔하구 정말 다좋았는데 집앞에 공사해서 새벽5시부터 공사를 시작하는지 너무시끄러웠어요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ모기두 너무 많았는데 호스트님이 모기약 가져다주셔서 잘사용했습니다 !! 호스트님두 엄청 친절하고 가족여행 재밌게 잘 놀다왔어요 !!

조용한 지역에 위치하고있고 시내랑 거리도 멀지 않아 이동하기도 편했습니다. 수영장도 아주 잘 사용했습니다. 추천합니다

We rested at the villa in March, there were 10 of us and at our request no outsiders were accommodated except us, although there were free rooms. When we met, we were treated to fruits and periodically put them at the reception. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed and water was brought. Hygiene products were provided in the bathroom, there were always additional shampoos and shower gels at the reception. If we had any problems, they were eliminated very quickly, or offered to move to another room. To our requests to buy washing powder or coals for the barbecue, we were provided with everything quickly and free of charge. It would be great if the hotel had clothes dryers, because the washed things had to be hung on all the doors and chairs. The villa was always kept clean, the pool was cleaned every day. The location of the villa is convenient, near shops, cafes, massage parlors, the beach. The owners of the hotel are very welcoming and friendly. Great!

Bill, Duoc và Vân rất thân thiện. Mặc dù Bill là host mới nhưng anh ấy chuẩn bị mọi thứ rất đầy đủ, tiện nghi : bàn làm việc, không gian nhiều ánh sáng, đối diện 1 bờ sông rất đẹp để ngắm hoàng hôn, bên cạnh nhà có quán cà phê rất thích hợp để làm việc hoặc giúp bạn tĩnh táo mỗi buổi sáng, gần chợ Bắc Mỹ An và các địa điểm ăn uống gần đó. Nhà mới nên vệ sinh rất sạch sẽ, có giặt sấy miễn phí và cả khu vực bếp đầy đủ tiện nghi. Nó đầy đủ những gì chúng tôi cần, rất đề xuất

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property in Da Nang, and I can't recommend it enough! The host, Khoa, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the check-in process seamless and ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. The room was spacious, immaculately maintained, and had all the amenities listed – everything was just as described. The view of the city was majestic from the patio. Every detail was carefully considered to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. If you're visiting Da Nang, this is absolutely the place to stay. Khoa's hospitality, combined with the excellent accommodation, made for a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended

Căn hộ nằm ở ks a la carte rất trung tâm đi lại thuận tiện. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp, bạn có thể yêu cầu dọn phòng khi cần.tôi đã có trải nghiệm tuyệt vời tại căn hộ của Thuy. Giá cả hợp lý. Căn hộ ở chếch hướng view biển,… đi bộ sang đường là bãi biển Mỹ Khê. Wifi chung nên hơi yếu

Die Vermieterin war wirklich supernett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat immer schnell reagiert und bei allen Fragen oder kleinen Problemen sofort unterstützt – das war wirklich angenehm und hat vieles erleichtert. Besonders aufmerksam: Zum Geburtstag meines Freundes hat sie uns sogar eine Torte vorbeigebracht. Das war eine schöne Geste und zeigt, wie bemüht und herzlich sie ist. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung und hat für unseren Aufenthalt gut gepasst – alles wie beschrieben. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung, vor allem dank der Gastgeberin. Sie ist mit Abstand die beste Gastgeberin, die man sich wünschen kann. Weil alles so positiv war, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt direkt um einen weiteren Monat verlängert.

The apartment is exactly as beautiful as shown in the photos on Airbnb. Everything is new and stylish, with a fantastic view from the balcony where you can see the city, mountains, and sea. We were lucky to stay during the Fireworks Festival, and the location was perfect for enjoying the event. The apartment is ideally located near the market, river, and plenty of restaurants, including Starbucks. It’s a great place for evening walks along the riverside. The host was wonderful, very attentive and responsive. Upon our request, they provided extra pillows for more comfortable sleep and allowed us to have a late check-out. The host was always available and caring, even offering to help us order food during heavy rain and reminding us about city events like the fireworks. We always felt well taken care of.

We loved our stay here. An is easy to chat to and the place is just like the photos. The beds are super comfy and great to have a fridge and washer/dryer. Easy to get grab delivered. Nice beach view. Would highly recommend

Amazing place to stay, had a great experience. Place was exactly as shown in pictures. Thinks went well - - Location was amazing, 2-3 mins walkable to the beach and 5 more minutes walk to beachcafe's. - Neat and clean place, undoubtedly one of the cleanest AirBnB i have checked in. - Most of the places were in walking distance including grocery store - Ocean view from the tiny balcony and rooms, although its not the straight view but a diagonal view. (hope the across road building was not there as it was coming in between the view and photos. - 20-25 Mins to the marble mountains, easy connectivity through grab - Water was kept in good quantity. Honestly nothing was wrong with the place. Thank you Duc Dang for an amazing stay.

Absolutely amazing place ! The owners are just like your own parents. they took care of me all the time, told me everything and showed me everything and helped me all the time. I came for a few days and decided to extend my stay. It is a very beautiful house, overlooking the river on both sides. It is quiet, peaceful and very clean . it is only 10 minutes bike ride to the old town . I enjoyed my stay there and didn't want to leave . I recommend to anyone who likes peace and quiet , away from the noise . With all warmth and love to these hosts . ( they do not speak English but all questions are very quickly solved through a translator) . ☀️☀️☀️

Perfect place to stay !! I 100% recommend to book this room for your trip in Hoi An. It is situated in a beautiful neighborhood in front of the river. You can rent bikes or motorbikes to go to Hoi An old town. The owners are so kind and they offer perfect services as laundry and breakfast for a good price. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed one month here and absolutely in love with the island, our room and the couple who takes care about the Homestay. The view and surroundings are wonderful. We spent time drinking tea in the rooftop, cooking in the kitchen or just under AC in our room. It’s just 10 minutes by motorbike to old town or night market. And coming back to this view is 100% worthy. Wifi is fast and stable. There are fridge and the kettle in the room. Kitchen is shared with the couple, we had no problems to cook and feel as home. This room is big, with big shower, hot water. It’s has 2 balconies. One of them facing the big river and the road, so It’s a bit noisy, not heavy, but you might hear the moto traffic. If it’s matter, just take another room with 1 balcony and very beautiful view to the small river & rice fields. The couple who takes care of the hotel uses English translator to communicate, so it’s easy. They are awesome people! The place is cozy and peaceful. Love it with all my heart!

The Gio Chieu Homestay has a beautiful view of a river. Every morning during my stay I opened the balcony to watch the fishermen. It was calm and exudes serenity. The bedroom and comfort room was so spacious. They have massage chair and cold water available. I even had stayed in the pool area to lounge and check my emails. The WiFi is strong. It was a 10 minute ride to the Old Town. The only thing that was innevitable is the noise coming from the steel bridge connecting the road of the homestay to the road across the river. I strongly recommend this as I do not prefer crowded areas. Yes, you need to pay for Grab car or motorcycle to go around Hoi An. But this place gives you an immersion to how the Vietnamese people does their everyday life. The neighbor delivers flower every morning, people ride boats to transport their catch for the day. I would not forget also to mention the owners are so hospitable that even if they are not fluent in English they make sure you are well attended.

Huy's apartment is a wonderful and great value place to stay if you are looking for somewhere peaceful but still with easy access to Hoi An. The apartment was lovely with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and excellent WiFi making it very suitable for working online. There is a pool and great food on offer from the wonderful, caring couple who run the place and it feels very homely. I would definitely recommend staying here :)
