You'll be within a mile of downtown Clarksville, Riverside park and APSU. About only 10 miles to Ft Campbell and 7 to the mall. Full kitchen has all the kitchen basics you need to prepare and cook meals. No smoking.

Springfield is a short five minute drive away. Local restaurants, shopping and entertainment are all conveniently located.

Downstairs, you can find designated office/perfect kids hang out bonus room with big desk and trundle bed with 2 twin size mattress. However, there is NO bathroom and NO window in the basement.
