We stayed at the Cozy Green Cottage over the Thanksgiving holiday week. We were looking for a quiet, peaceful cabin to get away to and this spot was perfect. I worked remote for the first half of the week and had no problem with her internet connection. We were able to do Zoom calls as well as stream movies. The cottage is super charming. It's over 100 years old and has many hand crafted details. Kitchen is small but totally functional for 2 people. Bathroom has a claw-foot tub with hand-held shower head. The grounds around the cabin are serene. This cabin is behind private homes but since this was off-season, no one was around. It is a short walk to the stairs that take you to Lake Michigan. We opted to drive down the road to a public access area right on the lake. Also very convenient. If you are looking to get away from the everyday buzz of life or need a no-distractions, quiet space to get a project finished, I recommend this cottage!

We had a fantastic stay! The space was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with thoughtful extras that made traveling even easier. The host was incredibly friendly and communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the fenced-in yard, which was perfect for our dog. We truly appreciated all the little details that made this stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Place was just like photos. Had entire house to ourselves. Lots of space. Liked how we could sit outside. Lisa was available via messages and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was good. The location worked for us but some guests may prefer to be closer to Niagara on the lake. Winery opposite. Would recommend.

Tom and Charyl were amazing hosts ! We had open communication throughout our stay and even got a tour upon our arrival. The airbnb was everything as described and more ! The pool was incredible and the airbnb was only a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach. They even had a binder of recommendations available to us of local attractions/things to do. Our expectations were exceeded for this trip, and we can’t wait to come back !

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend!** Our stay at David and Wendy’s place was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was clean, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed, plus some thoughtful extras for breakfast like eggs, sparkling water, juices, yogurt, and a welcome guide. The location was perfect—close to two provincial parks we planned to visit and just a 15-minute drive to downtown Huntsville. David and Wendy were incredible hosts—responsive, friendly, and full of local recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, even checking in to see if we needed anything during our stay. I also tried the breakfast from the host and it was delicious! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Huntsville. Thank you! 😊

Mary was very responsive - had a little trouble with internet when we arrived and Mary was right on it and corrected my mistake. The surroundings were beautiful with the fall colors and the setting was so serene and peaceful. It was exactly what we wanted being close enough to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore to enjoy it but far enough away not to be caught in the tourism. Mary was able to give us restaurant suggestions and be super responsive without being overbearing. Overall a truly wonderful stay!!

Great place to stay for the NFL Draft. Easy Uber access, but far enough away to escape the intensity of the event as needed. Daniel was a great host, keeping me informed right up to check-in. Will definitely consider renting again when I’m in Green Bay again.

Bonnie’s Backyard Oasis was lovely. It was great to have a designated place to park, be able to check ourselves in and out at our convenience in a quiet neighborhood where we felt safe. The place was clean and adorable, and the bed was comfy, too. Bonnie was so thoughtful with a list of good places to visit in the area if we had time and even left some snacks and beverages in the unit for us. We would definitely stay there again.

Wow! The landscape on this property was Devine and massive! Not everything was in bloom yet and the pool wasn’t open either bc of the season, so we hope to return to see this property in full bloom and enjoy the pool. The main house is fairly close to the air bnb unit and pool, that is not described or pictured in the listing. There was also a lot of foot traffic from the owners walking back and forth enjoying their own home, and working. I don’t think this was a bother but I do feel it is not as secluded as it appears. There were soooo many snacks available in the kitchen chips, granola bars, nuts, candy, local eggs, muffins, bread, pop, juice, water etc etc! All in all it was a tremendous evening full of fun and relaxation! Thanks for having us! We hope to see you again in late summer!

Wonderfully accommodating and cozy. Exceptionally tidy, beautiful design/decor and lots of space to hang out. We visited during peak color season and it was breathtakingly beautiful. Would gladly drive the 4 hours to stay here again!

Staying in The loft was a great experience. It was clean, peaceful and simply incredible in all ways you could ask for! The place is extremelly cozy, close to Wiarton and in a perfect place to allow you to reach all attractions of Bruce Peninsula. We had a great time enjoying the hot tub and bbq after our long hikes and tours.

We had a great weekend at Robert and Christina’s place. The place was extremely clean and the hot tub was an added bonus. There was a guest book that we enjoyed reading through to get ideas of what to do in the area. Thank you for a great stay!

This has become a favorite for me. Very close to town and all of the great places to check out. Great hosts and exactly as described. I look forward to the next stay!

Stayed for a few days and found Jessica's place cozy and comfortable. Easy to find, great communication with Jessica, wonderful decor and space. We discovered the Glynhyrst Gardens a few kilometres away which was a lovely place to relax and walk the dog!

We had a great stay at Margarets place! It was exactly what we wanted for a weekend getaway. Margaret was very responsive and accommodating and made us feel very much at home. Lots of great hiking and restaurants within minutes. Would definitely stay again.

We loved spending a snowy week in Katie's guest house. The great kitchen appliances, efficient washer/dryer, and cozy-warm loft were some of the best parts. The neighborhood felt private yet welcoming and conveniently close to the university, groceries, restaurants, and an excellent park. We would totally stay here again.

Elizabeth’s place was perfect! We spent 4 days exploring the UP and the cottage had everything we needed to relax at the end of each busy day, especially traveling with our 3 dogs. The property was beautiful, the cottage was cozy with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Great little place for a quick trip! Had the necessities and a little convenience store next door. Enjoyed being outdoors in the early morning with a good book. Hosts were very easy going and very responsive.

The studio was just as described, homey and neat. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive. They recommended cool places to go and even helped us when we had some car issues. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Great spot that gave us the peace and quiet instead of a hotel and a fenced in yard for pups. They were very accommodating with letting the dogs out since I have an older dog who is a little grumpy and does not always play nicely with others. Space had a like him aesthetic and host was so thoughtful with flowers and snacks If you have a very active larger dog, I would say the space is too small. I have a two year-old chocolate lab and a boxer in the space we’re based on the layout. There was minimal space to toss their ball inside but this made sense for a quick work trip for our family. Thank you for a great stay!

I loved my stay! Comfortable bed, beautiful morning, and the perfect respite from city life! Did a spontaneous trip, forgot my jacket, and Dennis even mailed it back for me! Extremely kind, warm, and welcoming home and hosts.

My friends and I had such a wonderful time here for our girls weekend!!! We would love to come back in the future. The area was beautiful and the place was spacious. The couch was one of the comfiest we’ve ever used. Highly recommend!
