A popular north end park. It has lots of open turf areas with playgrounds and even a small train ride (summer time).

There are a multitude of things to do at Riverside Park. Take a hike along one of the community trails or the boardwalk, take in a ball/soccer game, or play on one of its many playground structures or at the splash park. Bookable amenities include baseball fields, soccer fields, and volleyball courts. There is also a BMX park, skateboard park, open for daily use throughout the summer months. Four of Cambridge Park’s five picnic areas can be reserved (for a nominal fee) for families or groups.

This is a destination park in Guelph, featuring a brand new playground, a mini train track you can take the kids on, and a merry-go-round. Right next to the river this park also links to trails, a walk-thru garden, mini-rapids, frisbie tag, and more.

This is Guelph's biggest park with some lovely hikes and cycling paths along the river. One path leads you to Guelph Lake with some gorgeous views of the river along the way. In the winter, the city builds and maintains a lovely skating rink for you to skate.
