The plaza behind Maison du Citoyen has large fountain which doubles as an ice rink in winter, interactive summer installations that right now glow up at dusk, murals, benches, grass, trees... it's a cute outdated and underappreciated spot that's getting some fresh colour. Inside there are a lot of cultural events, and a public library, so wander about and see what's coming!
