This is a park less likely to be visited by tourists, but if you are coming into Budapest by bus to the station next to Népliget metro stop, it's worth a walk around on a nice day. Not to be visited at night due to crime, but perfectly safe during the day and honestly beautiful with a number of statues.

This is the bus station in Budapest from where you can get a bus to Monostorapati and back. The fast ones are about 3 hours. There are several busses that drive through the village.

Big green park, great by bike, by roller-skate. Tennis , football courts.
