Wonderful trails and swimming area. Can get some algae but it's usually fine. Great close place to take in nature.

Mirror Lake State Park is a 2,179-acre Wisconsin state park in the Wisconsin Dells region. The process of establishing the park began in 1962 and the park officially opened on August 19, 1966. It contains Mirror Lake, a narrow reservoir with steep sandstone sides up to 50 feet tall. Mirror Lake is one of the best paddling lakes in Wisconsin and its right here in the Dells. The entire lake is "slow no wake" so you don’t need to worry about faster boats or personal watercraft. Beautiful sandstone bluffs covered with red and white towering pines. Boat Rentals: Stand up paddleboards, kayaks, double kayaks, kids smaller kayaks, canoes, fishing boats (good fishing lake) pontoon boats and paddleboats. Proceeds directly benefit Mirror Lake State Park. 7.9 miles from the cabins

Beautiful calm waters, perfect for beginning canoe or kayakers. Great hiking trails, concerts, outdoor theater.
