A lovely wooden play area for children. Great spots for a picnic and a sheltered groin on the beach for children to play or go rock pooling when the tide is out. There’s are some pretty rainbow beach huts to see and the mermaid cafe offers some good snacks and ice cream A wonderful spot to view the Folkestone air show from. Wonderful park, with scenic views over the sea, beautiful vegetation and a great adventure playground for the kids. Great for picnics or a relaxed wander... For drinks, snacks and ice cream checkout the mermaid cafe at the bottom of it.

Fabulous play ground for children, the park itself has won awards for the skilled planting, you can barbecue there, walk a zig zag path up the cliffs through Edwardian grottos to the Leas Promenade.

There is a car park close to the playground 7 days a week 08.00 – 18.00 £1.20 an hour RingGo App. You can park for free for two hours at a nearby street and it is a lovely walk (0.4miles) along a fairly flat path (suitable for prams an wheelchairs) overlooking the beach. Use this address 53A Radnor Folkestone CT20 2JL. Check the signs for up to date parking restrictions.
