Fantastic pistachio croissants! .. on some days. On other days, some of the best plain croissants in the city.

Best bakery around. They do stuff proper, as in a lot of butter. Open at 7:30 or so, closed M-T. stuff usually sells out by 11 am.

Best patisserie in Seattle. It isn't cheap but the quality is very high. In many cases better than what you will find in France. They also have exceptional poor over style drip coffee.
