Around 45 mins from Bank House and Estuary cottage / 40 mins from Sycamore cottage check out Wallington Hall... Historical house, rolling hills, woodland, beautiful walled garden, river walk and stepping stones and fantastic playparks including a train and play fort!

Wallington Hall is now owned by the National Trust but was previously the country estate of the Trevelyan family. West Grange Hall was formally part of the estate and served as both the 'second house' and briefly as the Land Agents residence. It is the only major property in private hands and not gifted to the National Trust.
