SO many beautiful hikes in the area. All different levels. This one is short and rewarding. The elevation gain might be little strenuous for some – about 600ft per mile – but should be approachable for most. If you are looking for something more low key the Cooper River trail is beautiful and more of a stroll than a hike

Beautiful in both summer and winter, this hike is minutes up the road. strenuous uphill hike. Check weather forecast and snowpack conditions for winter travel. Northwest Forest Pass required.
