$$$ - Upscale Chinese cuisine. Red Stixs serves traditional, Beijing-style food so you have your standards: Scallion Pancakes and the signature Peking Duck, along with Jade Dumplings, Crispy Beef, Lobster Rolls, Spare Ribs, Specialty Fried Rice and their famous Chicken Satay. The menu is what you'd come to expect at any upscale Chinese restaurant, but without the Mr. Chow markup. Which is not to say it's cheap.
