Has a beach with a board walk. Seasonal showers and bathrooms. Hiking trails along the marsh near the entrance. Use first lot on left near campground to access hiking trail. Visit downtown Madison for dining, shopping, and a movie at the Madison Arts Cinema. Plenty of places to eat along Rte 1.

An hour drive to the beach. There are a few beach areas in the park. Meigs Point is one of our favorites.

We always have a great time at this beach! The kids amuse themselves for hours and there are food options if you don't feel like packing lunch. Bring a book, some beach chairs, an umbrella and prepare to relax!

Huge state park beach in Madison. Go early as it can reach capacity.
