This is one of the most difficult places to get in to—for good reason. Extremely popular for their scrumptious Tapas-style dishes and the best sparkling sangria around. The service is excellent. By far, this is our favorite place for dinner in Key West. Our recommendation: Call NOW to make a reservation during your visit. Start with a jug of sparkling red sangria. Follow that up with prosciutto-wrapped goat cheese-filled dates, Saganaki flambeed cheese, petite-rack Lamb and short-ribs.

Spanish tapas food located in Bahama Village. Santiago's has amazing food and in a very serene and quiet neighborhood. Their sangria is amazing and they book up fast, so reservations at least a month in advance are recommended. They are also open late on to accommodate later seatings.
